Microsoft has recently disclosed a vulnerability in Microsoft Office that could allow remote code execution. There is currently no patch available for this exploit, so Microsoft is suggesting that all users do not open Office files received from untrusted or trusted sources. Since this exploit is only known to affect Microsoft Excel documents at this time, you can use the Attachment Filter to block Excel files or forward Excel attachments to an Administrator for investigation.

602LAN SUITE’s statistics file contains information that can help you track messages, monitor employee e-mail usage, and more. The statistics file is a simple comma separated value text file that can be opened with any spreadsheet application. 602LAN SUITE automatically prunes entries in this file after it reaches the size defined in the configuration, meaning new entries automatically overwrite old entries.
