LAN SUITE - Administration

Access Remote Administration

To access the remote administration utility, you may simply point your web browser to https://yourcomputername/admin/. You will be prompted for a user name and password. This is the username and password for your administrator account in 602Pro LAN SUITE.

At the top of the page, you have four options: Server, Listing, Statistics, and Setup.

  • The Server option allows you to manage your dial-up connection.
  • The Listing option provides you with a realtime activity log.
  • The Statistics option provides you with basic server statistics (processed messages, messages in queue, etc.).
  • The Setup option allows you to administer your LAN SUITE server. The options here are identical to the ones in Advanced Configuration with two exceptions. The Service and the Administration tab functionality are not available in the Remote Administration utility.

LAN SUITE Remote Administration

NOTE: It is possible to run the Remote Administration utility without SSL support BUT, it is strongy recommended you run the Remote Administration utility using SSL. This will encrypt the communication between your web browser and LAN SUITE.
