Stay organized with Web Mail Folders

602Pro LAN SUITE Web Mail Folders are available to all users. Setup Mail Rules to activate the automatic inbox e-mail sorting feature and get faster access to your important e-mail! You can also use Web Mail Folders to archive your important messages.

Creating a Web Mail Folder

  • Access Web Mail at http://yourdomainname/mail.
  • In the Inbox, type the name of the folder you wish to create and click the check mark at the end of the text box.
  • Verify the new folder listed on the left window under the Inbox.

Create a Web Mail Folder

Moving E-mail to your Web Mail Folder

  • Access Web Mail at http://yourdomainname/mail.
  • Click on the checkbox to the left of the e-mail.
  • Under Selected Items, select Move and the Folder you would like to move the e-mail to, then click the check mark button.

Move e-mail to a Web Folder

NOTE: If you are reading the message and you want to move the message to the Folder, simply click on the “Move” button, and click on the Folder you would like to move the message to.

Automatic E-mail Sorting

  • Access Web Mail at http://yourdomainname/mail.
  • Click on Options, then Mail rules.
  • Click on Add new mail rule.
  • Click the check mark to the left of Sender under Conditions and type the e-mail address of the sender you would like to sort e-mail from.
  • Click the Move to folder radio button under Action and choose the folder you would like to save the e-mail to in the Target folder drop down box.
  • Click Save.

Web Mail Rules

NOTE: All e-mail sent from the sender will automatically be copied to the personal folder and deleted from the inbox. Rules can be based upon any combination of sender (as seen above), message type, recipient and subject.
