Use LAN SUITE Anti-virus Edition to ensure that your users are not sending out viruses
With the vast majority of viruses on the Internet today being spread through e-mail, it is imperative that your mail server will stop any infected messages. Avoid the embarrassment of sending viruses to your clients and be sure that your network will not become an unwanted source of virus distribution. Use 602Pro LAN SUITE 2003 Anti-Virus Edition and all incoming and outgoing messages will be checked automatically.
Getting the latest updates
One of the most important 602Pro LAN SUITE Anti-Virus Edition features is the automatic virus engine update. This feature automatically updates the anti-virus definitions to guarantee the ability to block the latest malicious code with minimum effort. To turn on the Automatic Updating feature do the following:
- Open 602Pro LAN SUITE Anti-Virus Edition, then click Settings and Advanced Configuration.
- Click the Anti-Virus tab.
- Click the Updating tab.
- Click to enable the check mark in the checkbox next to Enable automatic Anti-virus Updates every 24 hours.
- Click Save to save your settings.
You may change the 24 hour value to any value between 1 hour and 9999 hours. If you wish to update the software manually, you may do so by clicking the Update Now button.

Anti-Virus Certification
Anti-Virus Certification is a great way to let recipients know that your message does not contain viruses. The certification message is inserted at the bottom of an e-mail message and can be configured to say anything you wish. To enable/disable or change the message, take these steps:
- Open 602Pro LAN SUITE Anti-Virus Edition, then click Settings and Advanced Configuration.
- Click the Anti-Virus tab.
- Click the Certification tab.
- In the box below the incoming or outgoing certification tag checkbox, type in your certification message (up to 512 characters).
- Click Save to save your settings.
