602LAN SUITE’s powerful attachment filter can be used to strip attachments from e-mail. Use this feature along with the built-in anti-virus feature to virtually eliminate any e-mail borne malware threat! Additionally, the attachment filter can be used to block outgoing e-mail attachments, which can be used to prevent your users from leaking sensitive documents and data to users outside the company.

A virus can infiltrate your network in many ways. One source is through a user that brings an infected disk or portable USB drive into the company. Use 602LAN SUITE’s powerful anti-virus scanning features to block outbound e-mail that contain a virus and notify your network administrator immediately.

Virtually any mobile device (PDAs, cell phones, etc.) can receive e-mail. Stay in touch with your important office communication by using mail rules to notify your mobile device. This allows you to specify when you will be notified and how much information will be included in the notification.

602LAN SUITE Content Filter includes NAT services and an HTTP proxy with content filtering. This provides flexible shared Internet access to your network. Using NAT, you can offer unrestricted access to the Internet, allowing the use of applications that do not support a proxy server. On the other hand, if you have users who only need access to the web, you can configure their web browser to use the HTTP proxy. Both of these network access services can be used at the same time, making it easy to integrate filtered and unfiltered Internet access in your organization.
