(Slovakia) and Software602, Inc. (USA) provide distribution and marketing of the Software602 products abroad. A hardware division of Software602 is was separated from Software602 and established as System602. System602 focused its activity on the delivery of computer networks, data communication and telecommunication products.

Was founded in February 1993 in Bratislava as a subsidiary of Software602 a.s. The goal of the company is to provide its customers with a variety of software with the quality support of the producer. It has been providing the VAN602 telecommunication service since 1995. The company has also finished a national EDI project, electronic document exchange, which has allowed implementing electronic payment systems in the Slovak Republic.

System602, a.s. is a separate joint venture, which was founded by splitting off the hardware division of Software602. The basic activity of System602 is implementation of hardware and network orders using high quality components. Novel NetWare Software, 3COM, DELL PCs and servers, structured cables of Alcatel, telephone switches Alcatel and Siemens with capacity of 4 to 2000 customers. System602 is authorized distributor of ZyXEL Communications Corporation for the Czech republic.
