Software602, Inc. has a No Refund Policy on all of our software applications. All sales are final.

We do this because we offer a free trial version of each product we offer. Customers are encouraged to download the free trial version and test it prior to purchasing a license for the commercial version of the applicable product.

We also provide an immediate electronic download of software purchased. This download is available immediately after purchase and once payment has been received.

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have distributed a commercial version to a customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit.
