I use Print2PDF because it is an economical way to produce sales catalogs for Internet distribution and to make large files that anyone can download and open from our website. Print2PDF has allowed us to include directly in our flagship product, Publisherlite, the conversion of many document types (e.g. AutoCAD) uploaded by customer into basic PDF files. We very much appreciate the ability to watch POP3 e-mail address and create multiple PDF files from each e-mail attachment. We required a very solid, stable and easy-to-use PDF generator that allowed our sales and technical staff to convert anything from sales quotes to complex technical manuals into PDF. The product delivered all required features and we use it all the time. We recommend this great product to all our customers and business partners! Print2PDF has allowed all of our users to create PDF files. This for a fraction of the price Adobe is charging. None of our users needed the complete Adobe Acrobat solution and Print2PDF was the most stable and easy product to use. The footprint of the generated PDF files are almost the same as Adobe, as opposed to other solutions. Adobe Acrobat 6.0 was not suitable for use on our Terminal Server, and Adobe support was not very helpful. I have used Print2PDF for many years and it just works. We needed to quickly and easily e-mail forms with an API to implement PDF functions from with-in our custom application. Print2PDF provides PDF to e-mail capabilities, creates compact, full-text searchable PDF documents, and is well supported and updated. The excellent feature set allows PDF creation to match a user's needs. It is fairly priced and easy-to-use. We needed to e-mail professional looking estimates from a program that is not e-mail friendly in a format everyone can use. My sales staff required something that is easy-to-use and your product provided the simplicity we needed. We create PDF files for publication of read-only competition rules and other documentation on our website. Print2PDF is much less expensive than Adobe Acrobat. Print2PDF is incredible. We are a specialized rental company whose customers are primarily Fortune 500 businesses. In the past we sent price quotes, invoices, and user guides in Excel or Word format. But of course, those files are large and can be modified easily. This was not good. Now we send watermarked PDFs, which are small and difficult to modify. Print2PDF gives us the professional look that others spend hundreds for. After reviewing multiple products, we felt that Print2PDF gives us the most 'big' features for the least dollars. It helps us everyday in sending attachments via e-mail as well as filing documents with the court online. We also use Print2PDF to fill in PDF forms to save time. It is a cost-effective alternative to other programs out there. It cut down our costs to a great extent. We would normally send out invoices via snail-mail. Now we send out many invoices, statements and other documents via e-mail in the PDF format. It addressed all our needs at a low price point. We needed a quick, simple and cost-effective way to e-mail quotes and invoices, in a format that could not be changed and would always give a true representation and portray the professional image of our company. Print2PDF gave us these facilities. I have had a positive experience with other Software602 applications and the price was very reasonable. |
