PDF conversion your way: Citrix/Terminal Server, shared network printer, prepare client, watched folder, and web services
Everyone needs PDF conversion in a different way. Some people need it for legacy applications; others need it to provide unified PDF conversion from any application. That is why Print2PDF provides many ways to integrate PDF conversion in an organization. No matter if you are a small business with five computers, or an enterprise with five-thousand, Print2PDF can provide an easy solution to your needs.
Citrix MetaFrame, Presentation Server, XenApp, and Terminal Services
Print2PDF is installed directly on a Windows Server with Citrix/Terminal Services. The Print2PDF printer can be used by connected clients as long as the user rights are set on the printer to allow access.

Shared Network Printer
Print2PDF is installed on a Windows computer and the printer is shared. A dedicated print server is not required since the Print2PDF printer is converted to a local printer after installation on a client. The printer can be installed on clients using the “Add a printer” dialog, or through a simple login script.

Prepare Client Distribution
Print2PDF is installed on a Windows computer and the prepare client utility is used to create a custom distribution for your organization. This is perfect for installation on computers not connected to the main Print2PDF installation. The client installation can be done from a USB flash drive or network share.

Watched Network Folder or POP3 Account
Setup watched folders and POP3 e-mail accounts to provide PDF conversion services to your entire organization. Convert an e-mail body, headers, and all attachments into one PDF for easy mail archiving. The resulting PDF can be saved to disk, or e-mailed back to the sending user.

Online Web Conversion
The web service can be installed on Microsoft Internet Information Services and access is provided to users through any standard web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox).
