PDF conversion using watched folders allows user to define multiple system folders that can be used by your network users to centrally convert documents into Adobe PDF. This feature is perfect for sharing and archiving all documents in the PDF format. Watched folders support archiving, error logging  and XML reports that contains an MD5 hash of all converted files.

Simple integration with any e-mail server can provide unlimited Adobe PDF conversion services. Archive an entire e-mail account to PDF or provide on-demand PDF conversion for other users. Watched e-mail supports archiving, error logging and XML reports that contains an MD5 hash of all converted files.

Use the built-in SMTP client to send an e-mail with the PDF attachment(s) to an SMTP server. This provides an easy way to extend PDF conversion services to all users in your organization (e.g. convert2pdf@company.com). Send the PDF output to a pre-defined e-mail address or reply to the original sender of the message.
