The email archive is read-only and changes cannot be made to the system by end-users to preserve integrity. E-mail along with attachments are encrypted to prevent unauthorized viewing outside of the system.
Easily accessible
The archive can be accessed in many ways: from a standard web browser, any IMAP client, or the native Microsoft Outlook Connector.
Full-text search
The full-text search engine can quickly find any e-mail and attachment. Additional search options include searching by owner, date and file size.
Search inside attachments
Over 13 file types are recognized and indexed, so you can search the contents of attachments. Supported formats are: .HTML, .XML, .RTF, .DOC, .XLS, .PDF, .PPT and text formats of .SXW, .SXC, .ODT, and .ODS.
