CzechPOINT is an information system provided by the Ministry of Interior in the Czech Republic that generates verified land, business, real estate,
trade and criminal record statements. 602XML serves as the basic element of the solution where municipal offices may obtain printable output that is given to the applicant. Each form is
connected to the record management system of the municipality and simplifies access. CzechPOINT is implemented at 1,300 municipalities. In first two months 300,000 applicants used this service.
602XML forms are used to manage customer claims and complaints in the Czech subsidiary of the world's largest water-supply company Veolia. The entire system
is based on centralized management from the 602XML Form Server. The form contents and actual state of the individual claim is passed to a central database so it is possible to monitor progress
and speed of handling to ensure that all steps are achieved within an estimated time or the case is escalated to a supervisor.

which maintains the form versions and creates a database tables for webcasting data storage.

Sony needed to implement a thorough and transparent processes for expenditure approvals that was required by internal policy and Sarbanes Oxley Act requirements.
However, implementation of these new processes would put too much administration burden on the staff. Therefore, it was decided to implement a document flow solution supporting digital signature. It
was required that this solution allow end-users to create new forms, including definition of approval rules. Working together with Unisys, Sony analyzed different software tools available in the global
market, considering custom development as well. In the end, the 602XML form solution was selected. The solution started in March 2008. According to the client, 602XML covers all requirements, is stable
and user friendly. Based on the success in the Czech Republic, Sony has decided to roll out this solution in 10 other countries.
